ESSEN FITNESS

Renovation of a gym located on the first floor of a shopping gallery in downtown Essen, Germany. The design optimizes spatial layout and material selection to enhance durability, performance, and user comfort, while improving circulation throughout the facility.

The project was developed in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams—including architects, engineers, contractors, and local authorities—to ensure full compliance with building codes and regulations. |
